The public space opened to citizens is split, and implanted it into the building by layers. All layers are connected by a public tour path, so that different heights have different functional attributes and atmosphere. This design gains Mt. Wutong and urban landscape resources to the greatest extent for different elevations while ensuring privacy and practicality.

The main body of the building is gentle and unassuming, like a falling leave from a Chinese parasol tree. The gentle body is suspended, superposed, and hierarchically retreated, so as to reduce the oppression of the volume to surroundings, and coexist harmoniously with surrounding buildings with a low-key and gentle attitude. At the same time, it has its own artistic temperament.
