This project is located in the core of Shanghai Hongqiao Airport CBD. It is a modern office headquarters park with a scale of about 120,000㎡.

The design of the project focuses on urban landscape and corporate image, and lays emphasis on the combination and innovation of internal functions. It has a wide view with the Hongqiao Airport nearby and Lujiazui at a distance. Looking from the outside towards the headquarters, the building becomes a landmark not only within the region, but also in the Hongqiao District looking from airplanes. The comfortable office environment created for employees of Zhongnan Group introduces the concept of green and outdoor office into the headquarters park, and is also a space for the corporate to show themselves to the public.
