The present building consists of two four-storey office buildings, a two-storey restaurant and dormitories, with a total floor area of about 13,000㎡. It needs to be transformed into a functional complex integrating group enterprise university, the group Party school and the Tourism Industry Research Institute, and become a space carrier for corporate activities, art exhibitions, cultural education, accommodation and catering functions.

By adding main entrance volume between existing two administrative buildings, the teaching area forms a complete main teaching building from image to function. The renovation of the restaurant emphasizes extension of the building to landscape, introducing the environment into the use experience of the building's interior through the design of expansion buildings— dining area and a second-floor terrace adjacent to the lake.

The design of the campus emphasizes a sense of integrity of the buildings, therefore ceramic bricks of unified color tone are used in the renovation to combine buildings into a unified whole, remolding cultural image of contemporary spirit of the college.
